Wat neem je mee?

  • Minimum MBO 4, or equivalent, in technical studies (Mechanical, Automotive)
  • At least three years of experience in similar technical B2B roles
  • Strong understanding of engines and electronic diagnostics
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics)
  • Self-starting, solution-driven, and decisive mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with empathy
  • Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is a plus
  • Residency in the Netherlands with eligibility to work

As part of the Aftersales team, you will address technical inquiries, resolve warranty issues, and foster strong customer connections, contributing to the company's mission of delivering powerful, sustainable solutions. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in service engineering, particularly in B2B environments, with a strong understanding of engines and electronic diagnostics. You thrive in a dynamic environment, taking a proactive approach to solving challenges and delivering exceptional customer support.


  • Provide technical support to clients, including distributors, dealers, and shipbuilders
  • Offer remote and on-site technical support via various channels
  • Analyze warranty claims through root cause analysis
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to address customer concerns and technical issues
  • Troubleshoot and repair technical concerns in the field
  • Coordinate product service and warranty activities with internal teams
  • Cultivate networking relationships to strengthen customer connections
